Section 1: General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of Wer's services and website by users (the "User" or "Users"). By accessing or using any part of Wer's services, including its website, mobile applications, or other platforms (collectively, the "Service"), Users agree to be bound by these Terms.

Section 2: Eligibility

Wer's Service is intended for Users who are at least eighteen (18) years old. Users must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account with Wer. By using the Service, Users represent that they meet this eligibility requirement.

Section 3: Accounts and Passwords

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and passwords. Users agree to notify Wer immediately in case of any unauthorized use of their accounts or if they suspect a breach of security.

Section 4: Payment Terms

Wer may offer various payment options, including bank transfers, online payments, and other methods (collectively, "Payment Methods"). By using the Service, Users acknowledge that all charges associated with such transactions are final. Wer reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Payment Method at its discretion.

Section 5: Wagering Terms

Wer offers various games of chance, including but not limited to online casino and sports betting (collectively, "Games"). By participating in Games, Users agree that they understand the rules and risks associated with such activities. Wer is not responsible for any losses incurred by Users resulting from their participation in Games.

Section 6: Intellectual Property

Wer retains all proprietary rights related to its intellectual property, including but not limited to software, trademarks, logos, copyrights, trade secrets, and other forms of protected expression (collectively, "Intellectual Property"). By using the Service, Users agree that they will respect Wer's Intellectual Property rights.

Section 7: Disclaimer

Wer makes no representations or warranties regarding its services, including but not limited to their accuracy, completeness, fitness for purpose, non-infringement, merchantability, or title. In no event shall Wer be liable for any incidental, consequential, indirect, special damages, lost profits, or punitive damages.

Section 8: Limitation of Liability

In no case shall Wer's aggregate liability exceed the amount that Users have wagered in respect to a particular Game within thirty (30) days preceding such claim. Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wer against any claims arising from their use of the Service, including but not limited to third-party actions or proceedings.

Section 9: Amendments

Wer reserves the right to amend these Terms at its discretion without prior notice to Users. Changes shall be effective immediately upon posting on the website or through other means as deemed necessary by Wer.

Section 10: Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws of Philippines. By using the Service, Users agree that any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration according to such laws. The choice of jurisdiction shall be exclusively made by Wer.

Section 11: Termination

Wer reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to its services at its discretion, without prior notice to Users. Upon termination of an account, Users agree that they will no longer use their account and return all intellectual property, proprietary materials, or other assets associated with it.

Section 12: Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Wer and each User regarding access to its services and shall supersede any prior agreements, understandings, communications, representations, whether oral or written.

By accessing or using the Service, Users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
